How Wotech Conduct Pre-test of Pressure Gauges and Mother Boards?

Pressure guages are charged into nitrogen for 72 hours with notes marking pressure status. Leakage can be easily found during the process. 100% check. Those which pass the test will be put green QC passed stickers on the back.

Connect the heat exchanger with water pipes and charge water pressure up to 4 bar to see if water leaks from the PVC shell. 100% check on every heat exchanger with 4 bar water pressure and 6 bar as random check on some pieces. 

P.S.: Water pressure for normal pool system is 2 bar only.

Titanium heat exchangers are kept at high pressure of nitrogen in the titanium coil inside for 48 hours to check refrigerant circuit leakage before being assembled, also 100% checked.

What is the Basic Working Principle of Drying Heat Pumps?

High temperature drying heat pump consists of an evaporator with fins, a compressor, condenser and expansion valves. Refrigerant constantly absorbs heat from the air and gets compressed, condensed, throttled and evaporates again. These procedures combine a whole circle. Inside the compressor, the pressure and temperature of refrigerant goes up (as high as 100℃).Then it releases its heat to the drying chamber to heat the air. At the same time it turns into fluid and absorbs heat again in the evaporator. It becomes gas and is ready to enter the next circle.
